01What Is a Custom Heat Transfer?
A heat transfer is a pre-manufactured graphic built on a carrier film. The decoration layer — silicone, PU, reflective material, rhinestones or specialty effects — is produced in our facility first, then applied to the finished garment with a heat press. This separates decoration production from garment production: your sewing line keeps moving, and branding becomes a fast final step.
Because the transfer is produced before application, colors, dimensions and placement can be controlled to a specification and repeated across orders — which is why transfers are widely used for brand logos, care labels, names and numbers, and decorative graphics in garment manufacturing.
